How Much Does a Website Cost?
We aim to be competitive but realistic. Price is driven by the complexity of the design and functionality. Sites start at £1000 and go up to £5000. We are happy to help out a small number of NGO's throughout the year at no cost.
How long is the build process?
Most WordPress websites take around two weeks to build. Your site may be completed faster or slower than this, depending on how complex your needs are.
Tell me about your hosting?
Our fast, scalable & secure cloud hosting is built on Hetzner servers & includes a built in CDN to make sure your website loads fast wherever your customers are located.
Do you provide email?
No, we recommend Google WorkSpace for your email. For a small monthly fee per user, you get an enterprise-level email set up with lots of other benefits. We can help you set up or move your email to Google for a small one-off fee.
We Have Victory?
We wanted a name that conveys how our customers feel when they launch their new site. It's borrowed from the wonderful "A Relatively Famous Victory" by ballboy.
Who owns the website?
You. We do not retain any ownership, it is your property. We can hand off the website to you and have no further involvement if you want, but most of our clients prefer to have us manage & host their site.
What if I have a website issue?
If you need help all you have to do is ask. We want to make sure your site is always up & running. All of our clients are welcome to call or text at any time during office hours.
Do you provide domain registration?
No, you should be the owner of your domain and register it yourself. Never let a third party register a domain for you. It’s easy to do. We can help with with DNS management for your domains via Cloudflare or Google.
Who designed your logo?
Our logo was designed by Emily Hogarth, an extremely talented artist in Edinburgh, Scotland.

What do most clients choose?
Almost all of our clients opt for a Managed & Hosted solution. All our sites run on Vultr High Frequency Servers at Cloudways which are fast and secure. This allows you to focus on your business and not worry about your website.
How long do changes take?
Simple changes will happen within 24 hours. Bigger changes may take a little longer but we will always provide you with a time estimate and notification of completion. Please note that this is office-hours support, we do not provide out-of-hours support unless it’s an emergency. Please don't try and make changes yourself late at night or at weekends!
What's not Included?
Once your site is built and live new features, for example, a booking system are charged as a new product. Please remember that we do not provide hosting for email, we believe that’s best left to the experts at Google WorkSpace.
What can I use my time for?
WordPress Core & plugin updates are included with your plan & do not count against your monthly allowance for updates. You can use your time for anything you want updated on the site, including text, photos or adding pages.
Does my time roll over each month?
All of our maintenance plans come with 2 hours of update time per month or 24 hours per year. If you are not using your time we will let you know. If you are over-using your time we will let you know as it will be charged at our standard rate. If you don't use your time for a couple of months we will let you know. In general, time does not roll over to the next contract year.
